"I need a clean, lightweight Android application that instantly delivers my 888srtaz crash-game signals as push notifications. Speed is everything here—notifications must reach users the moment a new signal is generated so they can act before the multiplier climbs.

Scope
• Android only, built in Kotlin or Java.
• Real-time alert screen showing the latest signal and its timestamp.
• Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (or a similarly reliable service) with minimal latency.
• Simple settings toggle that lets users mute or unmute notifications without leaving the app.

Future-ready
Historical data views and fully customizable alert filters are possibilities I may add later, so please structure the code to make additional modules easy to slot in.

Deliverables
1. Play Store–ready APK and signed bundle
2. Full source code with clear comments
3. Setup guide covering notification keys, server endpoints, and any third-party libraries

Acceptance
A test signal sent from my endpoint must appear on a device in under three seconds, both when the app is foregrounded and when it is closed.
