"Objective

I have a React Native application (payshop-app) that I need to compile and publish on Google Play Store.
Currently, the Android build fails due to compatibility issues (Gradle, Android Gradle Plugin, Kotlin, namespaces in libraries such as Lottie and AsyncStorage, BuildConfig, etc.).

I need an expert to:

Fix the Android build setup so the project compiles successfully with:

compileSdkVersion = 35

targetSdkVersion = 35

minSdkVersion = 21 (or higher if required by dependencies)

Compatible versions of AGP, Gradle, and Kotlin

Resolve library issues (e.g., lottie-react-native, @react-native-async-storage/async-storage) caused by missing namespaces or deprecated Gradle APIs.

Ensure compatibility with Google Play requirements (generate a signed .aab bundle ready for upload).

Add two static pages in the app (Terms of Service and Privacy Policy). Content can be basic boilerplate that I can customize later.

Provide instructions or a script for building release bundles in the future.

Working React Native project that builds with ./gradlew bundleRelease

.aab file ready to upload on Google Play Console

Terms of Service page (React Native screen)

Requirements

Strong experience with React Native Android builds (Gradle, AGP, Kotlin)

Familiarity with recent Google Play requirements (targetSdkVersion 35)

Experience fixing common RN library build errors (namespace, BuildConfig, etc.)

Ability to deliver within a short timeline
