"I’m ready to turn our Riyadh-based advertising agency’s story into a vibrant, bilingual showcase built on WordPress. The site will present our integrated campaigns in both Arabic and English, giving visitors an immediate feel for our creativity and professionalism.

Scope
• Structure: Homepage, Portfolio, Services, About Us, Blog, and Contact Us — each with a clear, colorful layout that echoes our brand. A fixed WhatsApp button should appear on every page for instant inquiries.
• Language handling: seamless toggle between Arabic (RTL) and English, using a proven plugin such as WPML or Polylang.
• Visual style: colorful and creative while remaining clean and fast; responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Security & maintenance: implement best-practice hardening, automated core and plugin updates, and a lightweight child theme so we can add content without breaking anything.
• Performance: image optimization, lazy loading, and caching so our portfolio loads briskly even on mobile data.
