"Project: Rectizza 360 – Zoho Creator App (Zoho Books Integrated)

Overview

We need a Zoho Creator app (Rectizza 360) for staff and franchise partners to perform daily stock audits and auto-post inventory adjustments into Zoho Books.
The app must be mobile-first, role-based, and fully integrated with Zoho Books via OAuth.

Core Features (MVP)

1. Quantity-Based Audit – Adjustments only on quantity, value auto = Rate × Difference.


2. Smart Detail Form – Date, Branch, Warehouse, Reason, Expense Account, Inventory Account (auto-select if only 1 mapped; dropdown if multiple).


3. Inventory Account Wise Item Load – On selecting an account (Raw Material, Packaging, etc.), all active mapped items auto-load into the grid.


4. System Stock Freeze – Warehouse stock freezes at audit start; live billing won’t affect snapshot.


5. Fast Entry Grid – Columns: Image | Item | System | Physical | Diff | Rate | Value | Note. Auto diff + item images from Zoho Books.


6. Selfie Confirmation – Selfie required for audit confirmation. Status: Draft → Posted.


7. Post to Zoho Books – Quantity adjustments only; expense account tagged; only non-zero diffs post, zero-diff lines stay in report.


8. Attachments – Audit PDF (incl. zero-diff) + Selfie auto-attached in Zoho Books.


9. Auto Email – After confirmation, mail shows Branch, Reason, User, item-wise diff, and ₹ impact.


10. Safety Controls – Negative entry block, variance alerts, session freeze lock, no duplicate posting.

Staff: Perform audit + selfie confirm

Manager: Review, variance check, reports

Owner/HO: Dashboard, summaries, Zoho Books view

Franchise Partner: Own login, own Books integration only
