"I’m ready to launch a dedicated job portal for the Indian market and need a developer who can take it from concept to a live, fully-functional site. The single most important capability is a rock-solid job posting and listing system: employers must be able to create, edit, and publish openings, and visitors should instantly see, search, and filter those listings on any device.

To keep things streamlined, we’ll start with this core feature only. Once that foundation is stable, I may add advanced modules—resume storage, application tracking, separate dashboards—but those are future phases. Right now the brief is:

• End-to-end development of a responsive web portal (front-end + back-end).
• Clean, intuitive UI that loads quickly on mobile and desktop.
• Admin area where I can approve, edit, or remove job posts.
• Basic search and category filtering for job seekers.
• Deployment to my chosen hosting provider and a short hand-over session so I can manage routine tasks myself.
