"I need a full-featured platform that centralises everything we do in our trucking operation—drivers, trucks, trailers, and every single trip. The core of the build is smart trip scheduling that refuses double-bookings and respects the live availability of both equipment and drivers. Three distinct user roles must exist: Dispatchers oversee planning, Drivers receive and update their runs on the road, and Managers view performance and make decisions from the data.

Real-time collaboration is critical. The system has to broadcast location tracking, trip-status changes, and driver availability instantaneously so dispatch and drivers stay perfectly aligned. Secure, role-based access with proper session persistence is non-negotiable; each user should see only what they need, whether they are in the web app or on a mobile device.

For oversight, I want interactive dashboards that surface:
• Fleet performance trends
• Asset & driver utilisation metrics
• Full trip history with filters and export options

Clean REST or GraphQL APIs, a modern front-end (React, Vue or similar), and a reliable back-end (Node, .NET, Laravel, or any framework you favour that scales) are all acceptable—what matters is a robust architecture and maintainable codebase.
