"I’m building a customer-facing website whose standout feature is an AI engine that suggests the most relevant services to each visitor. The site should feel seamless: a user lands, browses a little, and instantly sees tailored service recommendations generated in real time.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Design and develop the full website (front-end + back-end) with a clean, modern UI.
• Implement an AI recommendation system focused specifically on services, not products or articles.
• Track on-site behaviour and stated preferences, feed that data into your model, and return ranked service suggestions with minimal latency.
• Provide an admin view where I can monitor recommendation accuracy, tweak parameters, and upload/edit service details.
• Deliver clear documentation so I can maintain and scale the solution after hand-off.

I’m flexible on language and framework—Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch, or a Node/TypeScript stack alongside a cloud ML service are all fine as long as the end result is fast, accurate, and easy to maintain.
