"[login to view URL] is currently running on WordPress, but I’m ready to relaunch it with a custom stack: Next JS on the front-end and a Node JS/Express API on the back-end. All copy, images, and existing pages are ready; what I need is a clean migration and a performance-focused rebuild that reflects the site’s multi-purpose nature (it’s more than just a blog, store, or booking portal).

The new build should:
• Replicate—or thoughtfully improve—the current layout and visual identity while keeping the overall feel unique to Dotlynx (I don’t want an off-the-shelf “modern” or “corporate” template).
• Leverage Next JS features such as server-side rendering, image optimization, and dynamic routing to achieve fast load times and solid SEO.
• Expose all content through a simple CMS or markdown setup so I can update text and photos without touching code.
• Provide a lightweight Node JS API layer (Express or similar) for future integrations; keep the structure clean even if no complex endpoints are needed today.
• Be fully responsive and accessible across devices.
• Deploy smoothly to Vercel, AWS, or an equivalent platform, with environment variables and build scripts documented.

Deliverables upon completion:
1. Git repository containing the Next JS front-end and Node JS back-end.
2. Migrated pages, posts, and images placed correctly in the new site.
3. Documentation covering local setup, content editing workflow, and deployment steps.
4. A live, tested production build hosted on my chosen platform.
