"I’m building a stripped-down “CashApp++” that does one thing exceptionally well: move money instantly between users. The scope is intentionally tight so we can focus on speed, reliability, and a friction-free user experience on both iOS and Android.

Core requirements
• Instant peer-to-peer transfers with a balance update that reflects in real time.
• Two-factor authentication woven into every sensitive action (registration, log-in, sending funds). I’m open to any proven OTP or push-based 2FA library you like; just keep the UX smooth.
• A modern, minimal UI that feels native on Swift/SwiftUI for iOS and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose—or a single React Native/Flutter codebase if you can still guarantee native-grade performance.
• Secure, well-documented REST or GraphQL backend, PCI-compliant tokenized storage, and end-to-end encryption for transfer payloads.

Delivery checkpoints
1. Clickable prototype to validate flows.
2. Alpha build on TestFlight & internal Play Console.
3. Security audit results and load-test report.
4. Store-ready binaries plus repo hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
– A user can register, verify via 2FA, fund a wallet, and send money that reflects on the recipient’s screen in <2 s.
– All sensitive endpoints return A+ on OWASP Mobile Top 10 checks.
– App passes App Store & Play Store review without compliance flags.
