"I need the app to spring to life the instant my backend flags an incoming call. Your task is to wire Firebase Cloud Messaging so a data-only payload triggers a full-screen ringing interface that mirrors the native phone experience:

• On iOS it must invoke CallKit, complete with ringtone, vibration, and the system-style Accept / Decline buttons.
• On Android it should raise a foreground ringing activity (or service with a heads-up notification) that looks and sounds like the default dialer, using the proper notification channel.

The wake-up sequence must work whether the app is in the foreground, background, or has been swiped away. As soon as the user presses Accept, control passes to my existing VoIP screen—your implementation ends there.
