"I need a production-ready chatbot that can speak on behalf of both our app and our company with complete authority. Scope of work
• Train the bot on all existing product documentation, FAQs, and internal policy notes so it can answer questions end-to-end without human intervention.
• Build the conversation logic to follow real-time instructions that management may push (e.g., promotional campaigns, policy changes).
• Integrate the finished bot directly into our mobile app (iOS & Android) and our social media channels where users already message us.
• Provide an admin console or simple API so my team can update knowledge sources and view conversation analytics.
