"I have one web page already laid out in a layered PSD file and now need it built as clean, production-ready HTML, CSS and (where necessary) vanilla JavaScript. Because the design is finished, this job is purely front-end implementation—no design revisions are required.

Key points you should know before starting
• The layout must be replicated pixel-for-pixel from the PSD.
• Bootstrap or a lightweight flex/grid approach is fine, as long as the final code is responsive across modern desktop and mobile breakpoints.
