"My goal is to launch a clean, fast-loading portfolio built with ReactJS. The initial release only needs one fully polished section—Projects—so the scope stays focused and quick to ship.

Here’s what I have and what I need:
• A basic visual concept for the site. You’ll translate that into a modern React codebase, structuring components so future sections (About, Contact, etc.) can drop in without refactoring.
• A Projects page that dynamically renders project cards from a simple JSON (or Markdown) source. Each card should be reusable, responsive and ready to display at least a title, short description, and thumbnail; I can expand the data later.
• Smooth navigation (React Router or similar), consistent styling with CSS-in-JS or traditional SCSS—whichever you prefer as long as the bundle stays light.
• A straightforward build script and concise README so I can run, develop and deploy easily (I’m hosting on Netlify).

I’ll provide copy, fonts and imagery; you provide organised code, clear comments and a screenshare walkthrough on hand-off. If you’ve shipped React portfolios before, point me to live examples so I can see your component structure in action." (client-provided description)
