"Project Overview:

We are building a mobile application that combines two primary modules:

1. Subscription-Based Essentials Delivery (e.g., groceries, milk, daily needs)


2. Early Salary & Micro-Finance Services (salary advance, repayment schedules, credit check)



We're looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong Figma portfolio to design a clean, modern, and aesthetic interface that balances functionality with simplicity and user trust.


Responsibilities:

Create complete UI design in Figma for both modules (delivery + finance)

Design all user-facing screens including onboarding, subscriptions, payments, user profile, salary request flow, transaction history, etc.

Ensure mobile-first design with responsiveness for tablets

Maintain clean layout, consistent icons, devotional yet minimal aesthetic

Improve user flow for smooth navigation and logical structure

Design components re-usable by Flutter team with developer handoff in mind



Requirements:

Proficiency in Figma (must)

Must have worked on Flutter-compatible UI designs

Strong knowledge of modern UI/UX principles and material design guidelines

Experience with apps related to e-commerce, subscription, or financial products is a huge plus

Should deliver interactive Figma prototype, assets, and design system if possible

Must be able to collaborate with Flutter developers


Preferred Candidate:

Has prior experience designing for subscription or fintech apps

Can share live apps, case studies, or Figma files

Available for ongoing collaboration if needed for iterations

Knowledge of UX writing, iconography, or micro-interactions is a plus
