"I have a mature Xamarin Forms business application that runs on both iOS and Android. I now want the whole code-base upgraded to .NET MAUI so I can maintain a single project that stays current with Apple and Google store requirements.

The solution uses several third-party libraries beyond the standard Xamarin stack, so part of the job is to assess each package, replace or update it where needed, and make sure the functionality remains unchanged after the move. I will provide the current source, NuGet list, and a short document that explains what every library does inside the app.

What I need from you is a clean, compilable .NET MAUI project that builds and runs on the latest stable Xcode / Android SDK versions, with all existing screens, business logic, and navigation working exactly as before. Please include any platform-specific tweaks in conditional code or partial classes so the core code stays shared.
