"I already have the complete front-end for the front page, user dashboard, admin dashboard, and agent dashboard. Now I need the server-side logic built in PHP—ideally Laravel so we can take advantage of its routing, Eloquent ORM, queues, and built-in auth.

Here’s what I need you to wire up:

ADMIN DASHBOARD
• User management: create, suspend, role-assign, and search users.
• Property management: add/edit properties, set status (draft, published, archived), bulk upload via CSV.
• Analytics & reporting: monthly sign-ups, property views, lead sources, exportable to CSV/PDF.

AGENT DASHBOARD
• Property listings management: CRUD on their own listings, photo uploads, status updates.
• Client inquiries management: inbox style view, reply threads, mark as resolved.
• Sales tracking: simple pipeline—lead, offer, closed—with totals and basic charts.

USER DASHBOARD

Cross-cutting requirements
– Laravel Sanctum or Passport for secure API tokens.
– Role-based access control so that admins, agents, and regular users see only their permitted endpoints.
– MySQL (or MariaDB) migrations and seeders for quick environment setup.
– Clear, in-line code comments plus a short README covering setup and important architectural decisions.
