"We are a startup looking to build a mobile-first business directory app (Android + iOS) along with a lightweight backend and web admin panel.

The app will allow users to:
Search for businesses by category & location
View business details (address, phone, hours, photos, reviews)
Leave ratings & reviews
Save/favorite listings
Login via phone OTP (Google/Apple optional)
Receive push notifications

Businesses will be able to:
Claim their listing via OTP verification
Edit details (hours, description, photos)
View simple analytics (views, calls, favorites)

Admins (web portal):
Approve claims & edits
Moderate reviews
Manage data imports

Technical Expectations:
Cross-platform framework: Flutter (preferred) or React Native
Backend: Node.js or Django (open to proposals)
Database: PostgreSQL (geo support preferred)
Search: Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for fast queries
Hosting: AWS/GCP/Azure
Push: Firebase/APNs
CI/CD, GitHub repos, and full documentation required
