"I need a single download page in WordPress that lets logged-in users pull document files stored in my Cloudflare R2 bucket. The flow is simple: a visitor signs in with the normal email-and-password account, selects a file, and the system quietly creates a short-lived signed URL, then starts the download. Unauthenticated visitors should be redirected to the login page and never see the real R2 path.

• WordPress is already running; you can work through a small custom plugin or functions-based approach—whatever keeps maintenance light.
• Files are documents only, all already in an R2 bucket that speaks S3 API, so the code just needs to call the R2 endpoint, sign, and hand the URL back.
• The page must prevent hot-linking and should expire links automatically (configurable lifetime).
• A simple back-end UI or shortcode parameters are needed so I can add or rename files without touching code.
