"I need a developer who can wire up a set of physical vending-machine buttons to a SumUp cashless terminal through the official SumUp API. Pressing a button must immediately initiate the payment flow, then return two things back to the machine’s controller: a clear transaction confirmation and a receipt payload I can print or store locally. No touchscreen work is required; everything will be triggered by physical switches.

Your task starts at the API layer: authenticate, create the charge request, poll (or webhook) for the payment result, and pull the receipt details. After that, expose simple callbacks so my firmware can light status LEDs or fire off the printer. Clean, well-commented code and a brief setup guide are the key deliverables. I’ll handle the mechanical side once your software reliably starts the payment, confirms success or failure, and hands me the receipt data every single time." (client-provided description)
