"Job Post: PWA Developer (Replit Experienced) – AI Accounting Automation App

Project Overview

We are building an AI + RPA powered accounting automation product that uses specialized bots to automate data entry, reconciliation, and provide financial insights for SMEs.

We need a Progressive Web App (PWA) as the client-facing application to manage subscriptions, interact with bots, and simplify data input.


Scope of Work (Phase 1)

1. Client Dashboard

Daily & monthly MIS reports

Alerts: pending reconciliations, unusual activity, subscription status

Transaction log overview


2. Client Data Input

Forms for quick transaction entry (petty cash, expenses, owner funds, etc.)

Voice capture → converts to text → stored in DB → passed to bots

Document upload (PDF/JPG invoices, bills, receipts)


3. Bot Config Panel (Client Side)

Add/edit fields (custom tags, categories)

Set bot run times (daily/weekly)

Manage transaction limits (based on subscription)


4. Admin Panel (Internal Use)

Manage clients, subscriptions, and usage

Push bot updates/config changes

Monitor activity & bot performance logs


5. Subscription & Access Control

Tiered plans (300–500 transactions included, add-ons as extras)

Payment integration (Stripe / Razorpay)

Bot download/unlock only after active subscription

Tech Stack Preference

Frontend: React / [login to view URL] PWA (responsive, mobile + desktop installable)

Backend: Firebase / Supabase (auth, DB, notifications)

OCR & Voice: Google Vision API, OpenAI Whisper (or equivalent)
