Project description:
"I carry out building and house inspections and already have a polished Word report template that I use back at the office. I now want that workflow moved onto my Android phone so I can finish reports onsite.

Core flow
• Start a new inspection, enter basic property details and client name once.
• For each defect I spot, the app should let me snap one or more photos on the spot, then type a short description.
• When I press “Finish”, the app automatically merges everything into my existing .docx template—keeping its styles, headers, tables and page breaks intact—and saves a Word document to the device that I can email or open in MS Word.

Essential features
– Android-only build (Kotlin or Java in Android Studio is fine).
– Photo capture straight from the app, with images embedded in the final document.
– Text fields that map to placeholders in the template.
– Local storage; the app must work fully offline while I’m in basements with no signal.

Deliverables
1. Signed APK plus full, human-readable source code.
2. One configurable .docx template folder so I can swap in updated templates later.
3. Brief PDF/Word user guide covering setup, adding a new inspection and exporting the final report.

Acceptance
The generated Word file must open without conversion warnings in Microsoft Word (desktop and mobile) and match my supplied template exactly, apart from the filled-in data and photos.
