"Project Overview
I need a web application with three different portals: one for customers to place orders, one for staff to fulfill those orders, and one for the owner/admin to track everything. The platform should be modern, mobile-friendly, and have a very clean, professional UI/UX.

Customer Portal

Customers can place orders by choosing a category (food, movies, flights, activities, etc.).

Fields should all be optional, since order details may be in screenshots.

Ability to upload multiple screenshots (cart, order total, etc.).

Orders should then be visible to staff in their queue.

Staff Portal

Staff can log in and set their status as available, unavailable, or paused.

Orders show in a queue; staff can pick an order or pass it (with a reason).

Auto-timeout: if not accepted in 15 minutes, the customer gets an option to cancel or return to the queue.

Once picked, staff should be able to chat with the customer, upload 2–3 completion screenshots, fill in details like “name on order” and “final value,” and then mark it fulfilled.

End of the day, staff should log resources usage (number of units).

Owner/Admin Portal

Full access to all orders, staff activity, and customer records.

Dashboard with KPIs: profit in USD and INR, order breakdown, average values, daily/weekly/monthly stats.

Profit calculation rules will be sent later, customizable

Minimum charge applies if the order is below x.

Expenses to track: staff pay per order, resource 1 costs per staff/day, software subscription, resource 2 units used (entered by staff).

Ability to configure rates, conversion (USD to INR), staff list, etc.

Technical Requirements

Frontend: for a sleek, modern design.

Backend: a good server for database, authentication, and file storage.

Role-based authentication: customers, staff, and owner all have separate logins.

File uploads for screenshots stored securely in cloud storage.
