"I run a busy bakery and I’m ready to move past the cash register into a fully-integrated point-of-sale and online ordering ecosystem. The goal is one seamless system that powers our counter, kitchen, and customers’ phones.

Core requirements
• Mobile ordering on both iOS and Android—one code-base such as Flutter or React Native is fine, but I’m open to your suggestion.
• Customers create accounts, pay with credit/debit cards, popular online gateways, or choose cash on delivery/pick-up.
• Real-time inventory shared between the in-store POS and the apps so we never oversell.
• Order tracking all the way to “ready for pickup” or “out for delivery.”

In-store POS
Fast item buttons, barcode/PLU scanning, split payments, receipt printing, tax and discount handling, plus an easy way for staff to log wastage. End-of-shift reports and a live dashboard that highlights our best-selling pastries will keep the team informed.

Production & stock
I want to enter tomorrow’s bake plan, deduct ingredients automatically, and have product availability update everywhere instantly.

Back-office portal
Web-based control for menu edits, promotions, role management, and exporting data to Excel/CSV.

Integration notes
If you already have a white-label base, show me a demo; otherwise outline the tech stack, payment APIs, and your strategy for syncing data between the till, kitchen screen, and mobile apps.
