"I’m ready to move from wireframes to working product and need a frontend specialist who is comfortable in React.js for the web and either React Native or Flutter for the companion Android/iOS app.

Here’s the flow I want built:

• A clean login screen that authenticates users through email + password only.
• Institution-facing pages that present full profiles: basic details, contact information, courses/programs offered, faculty & staff bios, fees, plus embedded photos and videos.
• An ad-creation form institutions can fill out to publish updates or promotions.
• A Student/Parent feed that lists those ads and any general updates in an infinite-scroll style view.
• Push-notification support so new ads or updates reach users instantly.
• Two UI skins (institution and student) sharing the same component library, both responsive and smooth.

I don’t have fixed brand colours or typography yet, so I’ll rely on you for tasteful, modern UI suggestions that keep performance in mind.

Acceptance criteria
1. All screens render flawlessly on modern browsers and the latest iOS & Android versions.
2. Navigation, forms and feed must pass basic accessibility checks (WCAG AA).
3. Push notifications trigger reliably from a test payload.
4. Code is lint-clean and handed over in a Git repo with clear README instructions.
