"I need a developer to craft a fast, responsive static website for my startup built only with clean HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The site will consist of the key pages—Home, About Us and Contact—along with dedicated Projects and Services sections, and I may layer in one or two simple, similar pages later as the business grows.
