"I already have a fully-working mobile app and I’m now ready to move the entire codebase to a single cross-platform stack so it can run smoothly on both Android and iOS. The current version includes real-time GPS tracking, user authentication, and heavy API data integration; all the ported app have to be exactly as it is today once the port is complete.

You’re free to choose React Native or Flutter—the framework itself is less important to me than clean, maintainable code and flawless feature parity. Whichever approach you take, make sure the solution compiles in the latest Android Studio and Xcode environments, respects current store requirements, and does not introduce noticeable latency in the GPS updates.

Deliverables I need at hand-off:
• Full project source in React Native or Flutter, ready to build for Android and iOS
• Working builds (APK and IPA) that mirror the existing functionality end-to-end
• Brief setup notes so I can run and extend the project locally
