"I need my existing WordPress site wrapped into a lightweight Android WebView app. The core requirements are straightforward: the app must load the live site smoothly, handle links exactly as a browser would, and register for OneSignal so I can send push notifications to every install.

Because I want the app to feel polished from the first tap, I also need a custom splash screen. I don’t have artwork yet, so please include simple concept design and final asset creation in your quote—nothing overly complex, just something that echoes my site’s branding and meets Play Store specs.
