"I’m looking for a skilled front-end web developer to build a modern, responsive Right-to-Left (RTL) admin panel layout inspired by AdminLTE v4.

This is a front-end only project — no backend integration needed at this stage.

Scope of Work:
1. Tech Stack (via CDN only):
Bootstrap (latest)
jQuery (latest)
Font Awesome
Google Fonts
DataTables (latest version)

2. Responsive Layout:
Fully mobile-first and responsive.
Sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu on smaller screens.
Clean structure that scales across all screen sizes.

3. Sidebar:
Styled like AdminLTE v4.
Include:
Single navigation items.
Collapsible navigation items with submenus.
All items must include Font Awesome icons.
Active menu items:
Add .active class to current page.
If it's a submenu, expand the parent and highlight the child.

4. Pages:
Create 6 blank pages (HTML).
Each page should reflect the correct active state in the sidebar.

5. DataTables Integration:
Add DataTables to one of the pages with:
Pagination
Search
Sorting
Must be fully RTL-compatible.

Deliverables:
Clean, modular HTML/CSS/JS files.
All components working in RTL.
Fully responsive layout.
Tested across major browsers and devices.
