"I need a polished web presence that will present my new hotel-real-estate investment in a way that feels traditional and elegant while still driving enquiries. The primary goal is to inform potential investors, showcase the project’s advantages and turn visits into qualified leads.

Languages
The site must launch fully in English, Thai, Russian and Dutch, with an architecture that lets me add extra languages later without rebuilding.

Look & feel
Think classic serif typography, tasteful gold accents and generous white space. The design should echo the timeless style of a grand hotel but load quickly and look perfect on mobile.

Content
I already hold high-resolution photographs, architectural renderings, promotional videos and all written copy. Your role is to organise these assets into an engaging narrative, optimise them for speed and make sure each language version feels native.
