"I have a fresh app concept that doesn’t sit neatly in the typical “social, e-commerce, or utility” boxes, and I’m ready to turn it into a polished product released simultaneously on iOS and Android. I will provide the core idea, user flows, and priority use-cases; you will help refine the technical approach, design the UI, build the codebase, test for device compatibility, and guide the app through the App Store and Google Play submission process.

Because the project straddles both platforms, please be comfortable either working natively (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) or with a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native—whichever you believe best fits a shared codebase without compromising performance. Solid experience with modern mobile architecture, clean state management, and platform-specific guidelines is essential.
