Project description:
"I need a full-stack partner to architect and develop a cloud-based CRM focused on high-volume lead assignment and management, plus companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android.

Core flow
• Leads flow in automatically from Facebook, WordPress forms, and any other third-party source we connect via API or webhook.
• Inside the CRM, four distinct roles—Admin, Manager, Sales Representative, and Client—see only the data relevant to them. Permissions must be granular and easy for me to adjust.
• The system routes each new lead to the right user, tracks every touchpoint, and lets me analyse performance with built-in reports and dashboards.

Scalability & tech expectations
The platform has to handle a large and constantly growing user base without slowdown, so please design with horizontal scaling and clean, modular code in mind. I’m flexible on language and framework; propose the stack you feel delivers the most reliable real-time sync between web and mobile (for example, Node.js + React / React Native, Laravel + Flutter, or similar).

Mobile apps
The iOS and Android apps should mirror the core web features—lead lists, status updates, push notifications, and quick stats—while keeping the interface streamlined for on-the-go use.

Deliverables
1. Web CRM (production-ready) deployed to my cloud account
2. Native or cross-compiled iOS and Android apps published to TestFlight / internal track
3. REST or GraphQL API with documentation
4. Basic analytics and reporting module (exportable to CSV)
5. Source code in my Git repository and a brief hand-over session
