"I am building a full learning ecosystem and need someone to take the lead on the Android side first, then help me extend the same experience to a responsive web interface and, eventually, an iOS build. The core product is an educational platform, so clean UX-UI, smooth navigation, and zero-friction onboarding are must-haves.

What has to be inside the initial Android release:
• Interactive quizzes that store progress locally and sync to the cloud.
• Threaded discussion forums where students and instructors can post text, images, short clips, and react to each other.
• A recorded-class module that streams and downloads lessons, with basic playback controls (speed change, skip, resume).
• A web-based teaching tool hook so instructors can schedule or push new material from a browser and see it live in the app.
• AI integration for flash-card generation and quick Q&A from lesson transcripts.
• Voice module so users can dictate answers or navigate hands-free.
• Secure payment gateway to handle single-course purchases and subscription tiers, with receipt validation on-device and server-side.

Tech is up to you so long as it fits the Google Play guidelines; Kotlin with Jetpack Compose would be ideal, but I’m open to Flutter or React Native if you can demonstrate parity in performance and UI polish. Please outline your proposed architecture, third-party services (for AI or payments), and a rough milestone plan showing how you’ll get us to an MVP in the shortest realistic timeframe.
