I am looking for someone expert in Divi to design me the complete design and functionality including the missing parts that can be explained once agreed on a Divi already installed at [login to view URL]

I have the full original DIVI and I want someone who can do the same design without any additional plugins and use which are already available and ensure all my data is intact.
