"I need a tidy, browser-based control panel that lets me run several Shopify accounts on a single machine without tripping any of Shopify’s “one user, one device” alarms.
The proxy layer has to support:

• Rotating IP addresses so each account session can cycle cleanly.
• Geo-location selection to let me choose the country or region before a session starts.
• IP whitelisting so only my own devices can reach the proxy endpoints.

Everything must be managed Through a web interface. From that dashboard I want to:

1. Add, edit, pause, or delete Shopify accounts.
2. Assign a rotation policy and location per account or per group.
3. See live session status (current IP, location, last rotation time, error logs).
4. Export simple CSV logs of activity for my own auditing.

Back-end language, framework, and proxy provider are up to you, as long as setup on a standard Linux VPS is straightforward and clearly documented.
Acceptance criteria:

• All three proxy functions above work and can be toggled per account.
• The interface loads in any modern browser, mobile-responsive is a plus.
• Clear README covering install, environment variables, and how to add the very first account." (client-provided description)
