"This project covers a full end-to-end build of both a consumer-facing website and companion mobile application that let customers book technical services for printers, computers, laptops and CCTV systems.

Mobile application
I need a single code-base deployed to iOS and Android. Core functions must include:
• Secure user registration and login
• A service-request form where customers choose device type, describe the issue, pick a time slot and attach photos
• Push notifications that confirm bookings, technician arrival, job completion and feedback requests

Website
The browser experience should mirror app functionality while adding:
• Account creation / sign-in
• The same service-request workflow
• Live chat support for real-time assistance

Any additional enhancements—such as promo banners, coupon handling or loyalty points—can be discussed once the main flow is in place.

Backend & admin
A single backend should power both channels, with an admin dashboard that lets staff:
• View, assign and update service tickets
• Manage technicians, pricing and device categories
• Track chat transcripts and user feedback
Security, role-based access and clean API design are essential.

Deliverables
1. Source code for mobile apps and website
2. Deployed test build on TestFlight / Google Play internal track plus a staging website
3. Final production release, store listings and hosting hand-off
4. Setup guide and minimal user documentation

Acceptance criteria
• All features listed above work end-to-end without crashes
• Data is synced across web and mobile in real time
• Page and screen load times stay under 3 seconds on a 4G connection
• No critical issues found during a one-week UAT window
