"Goal (one line)
User enters a domain → app crawls products, builds feeds & keywords, then launches worldwide ads (Google & Microsoft/Bing) so any user, in any country, searching matching/similar product keywords can see our ad. The app also shows ranking baseline/progress, offers simple optimization, YouTube ads setup, and B2B audience targeting (e.g., “Pet product importer in USA”).

What the user does (simple flow)
1. Sign up → Add domain (e.g., [login to view URL]).
2. Choose scope: Single Product / Few Products (category or list) / Whole Website.
3. Connect: Google Ads + Google Merchant Center; Microsoft Ads (Bing). (Meta optional for remarketing/catalog.)
4. Pick countries: Worldwide or selected markets; set daily budgets. (Default India; user can change.)
5. Click Launch → campaigns go live. Dashboard + weekly email show progress.
6. Optimize → toggle rules (pause/scale/negatives).
7. YouTube Ads → quick setup from the same feed/assets.
8. B2B Audience Targeting (optional): choose niche (e.g., “Pet product importer in USA”) and launch.

A) Feed & Catalog (no plugins required)
• Crawl site to build a clean product feed (ID, title, price, image, availability, brand, GTIN/MPN if present).
• Host a Feed URL (XML/CSV).
• Push the feed to Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center.
• Worldwide: replicate feed for the countries/languages you ship to (start with English; extend later).

B) Campaign Set (auto-generated)
1. Google Performance Max (per country): uses feed; covers Shopping + Search + YouTube + Discover.
2. Microsoft Shopping (per country): built from the same feed.
3. Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) by site section: captures long-tail/similar queries via URLs/page feed.
4. Keyword Search (Exact / Phrase / Broad-with-negatives):
o Head terms per top category (e.g., “hdmi splitter 1x2”).
o Long-tails per high-value product (e.g., “stainless lemon squeezer heavy duty”).
o Broad with smart negatives to capture similar queries safely.
5. Brand vs Generic split: separate budgets/bids and reporting.

C) Query Coverage Engine (auto)
• From crawl, generate keyword themes (category/product/spec synonyms).
• Build page feed for DSA to map query → best landing page.
• Continuous search term mining: add winners as exact; push irrelevant queries to negatives.

• Audience Wizard:
o Choose intent keywords (e.g., “pet product importer”, “pet accessories distributor”).
o Choose countries/regions (e.g., United States only, or worldwide).
o Optional placements/URLs of industry sites (custom segments).
o (Microsoft Ads only) Optional industry/job-function targeting where available.
• App creates Search / PMax / Bing Shopping / DSA focused on this audience, with tailored ad copy and lead landing (form/WhatsApp/call).
• Lead UTMs tracked; included in weekly reports.

YouTube Ads Setup
• Video Action (skippable in-stream) or PMax video placements.
• Use existing product images/titles to generate a simple slideshow video (MVP).
• Headlines/Descriptions from product/category copy; user can edit before launch.

Optional: Amazon ASIN Module (toggle ON/OFF)
• Input ASIN list or Brand Store URL.
• Show basic insights (title/price/BSR history, image count check), keyword ideas, and rank tracking (selected keywords).
• (Optional later) Export Amazon Ads bulk sheets or connect Ads API when available.
• Option to advertise ASINs off-Amazon via Google/Meta/YouTube (with proper attribution links).

Install / Tracking
• 1-line JS tag to add GA4 / Google Ads / Meta pixels and purchase/lead events.

• Weekly email: top movers, losers, next actions.

• A rule auto-pauses a poor performer; alert email received.
• YouTube campaign created and active (basic slideshow acceptable).
• Billing: purchase a test plan → features are correctly unlocked/limited; invoice generated.
