1. How is my product nature looks like in term of deliverable to my client
Answer: For some product, might need both virtual phone and mobile with OTP, for some product, it only require either mobile number with OTP and email / email with verification code. Therefore, I need some basic admin panel for product deliverable setting.

2. Should order IDs integrate automatically with Shopee, or be imported manually?
Answer: I expect all transaction should be transacted and updated in my Shopee account upon customer redeem the digital production successfully.

3. Any preferred temporary SMS/email providers?
Answer: For SMS, currently i am using [login to view URL] However, i do not have preference for email provider. Pls suggest both provider to me, i am open to discussion.

4. For ebooks, should they be downloadable or only viewable online?
Answer: It is downloadable (either in pdf or pub format)

5. For verification, do you want both options (phone/email) or just one per product?
Answer: Some product might need both, some might need either one. For mobile comes with OTP, for email comes with verification code. Any better provider for recommendation? any experience?
