This system will serve as a central hub for managing fee collection, tracking access pass issuing & returns, issuing parking passes, and controlling amenity access through automated workflows and reporting.
Unique Use Case
1. The resort is a condominium complex with individually owned units, creating a complex operational environment.
2. Some units are managed directly by their owners, while others are managed by professional vacation rental companies or licensed hotel operators.
3. The system must allow role-based access, ensuring each owner or manager can only manage the units assigned to them.
