I am looking for a skilled developer to create a web-based management system for my car rental company. The system should be in Arabic and English and allow us to manage all company operations efficiently.

Main Features Required:

Car Management: Add, edit, track availability, and service/maintenance records.

Customer Management: Store customer details, documents, and rental history.

Contracts Management: Create and manage rental contracts, with the option to export/print PDF contracts.

Payments & Accounting: Track payments, deposits, outstanding balances, and generate financial reports.

Dashboard & Reports: Overview of cars, active contracts, upcoming returns, and financial summaries.

Multi-user Access: Admin and staff roles with different permissions.

WhatsApp Integration (preferred): For quick customer communication.

Technical Requirements:

Web-based (accessible from any device).

Modern, clean, and responsive UI.

Secure login system.

Database to store all company data.

Preferred Stack (not mandatory):

PHP / Laravel or Node.js (backend).

MySQL or PostgreSQL (database).

React / Angular / Vue (frontend).

Additional Notes:

The design should follow our company colors (Red, Grey, White).
