"I have an industrial application protected by a Sentinel HL Max hardware key. The dongle is now damaged, but I already hold written permission from the vendor to create a backup and operate the software without the physical device.

Your task is to extract a complete dump of the key and build a MultiKey-style emulator so the program runs on Windows exactly as if the dongle were attached. I am not tied to any particular emulator version—reliability is all that matters.

Deliverables
1. Verified binary dump of the Sentinel HL Max.
2. Ready-to-install emulator driver and configuration files.
3. Concise setup notes so I can reinstall it whenever needed.
