Program Details:

Program Type: Custom Training Program

Mode: 4 Days Offline + 1 Day Online (per week)
Duration:40 Days (5 hours/day)
Location:Onsite + Online (Food & Accommodation provided for outstation mentors)

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Deliver structured sessions on **DevOps tools, workflows, and industry practices**.
* Train learners in:

* Version Control (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
* CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
* Containerization (Docker) & Orchestration (Kubernetes)
* Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP basics)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
* Monitoring & Logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
* Provide **hands-on labs, projects, and real-world case studies**.
* Conduct regular **assessments and doubt-clearing sessions**.
* Mentor learners to build **end-to-end DevOps pipelines** for sample applications
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Management.
* Strong hands-on expertise with **CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms**.
* Previous training/mentoring experience preferred (not mandatory).
* Excellent communication skills in **English** (regional language knowledge is a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:

Mentor Payout: Up to ₹75,000 (based on profile & experience).
* **Travel Allowance:** One-time reimbursement up to ₹10,000 (for outstation mentors).
* **Food & Accommodation:** Provided for outstation mentors.
* **Workdays Considered:** Only actual working days will be counted for payout
