"I’m looking to build a real-time chat dashboard for managing both Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Page Messages via the Meta Graph API, with full role-based access control. This will be a centralized system where an admin can connect Instagram and Facebook accounts, and create limited user accounts (agents) who will only have access to the messaging dashboard.

Core Features:
Admin Panel:
Login for admin

Ability to connect Instagram and Facebook accounts via Meta API (OAuth 2.0)

Ability to create, edit, and delete users (agents)

Assign which platforms (Instagram/Facebook or both) each user can access

Agent Dashboard:
Login for users (agents)

Upon login, agents see a clean chat interface by default

Top tab switcher between:

Instagram DMs

Facebook Messages

Each section shows complete conversation threads with:

Sender name and profile picture

Message content (text, image, video, link, story reply)

Timestamps

Seen/unseen indicators

Real-Time Features:
Incoming messages appear in real-time (WebSocket or Server-Sent Events)

Agents can reply in real-time using:

Messages sent are synced with actual Instagram/Facebook DMs
