"I need a developer who can develop parser for our IOT platform to OCPP 1.6 so that both my AC and DC stations speak the same language as the networks I plan to connect to.

The immediate scope covers the two key profiles I rely on every day:
• Smart Charging – dynamic adjustment of current based on predefined limits or external signals.
• Remote Start/Stop Transaction – the back-office must be able to begin or end a session on demand.

Your job is to build or adapt the OCPP 1.6 stack, expose the required APIs, and verify the workflow end-to-end with real or simulated chargers on both power levels. Clean, well-commented code and a short test report will complete the hand-off." (client-provided description)
