"I am looking for an experienced development team (designers + developers) to build a web platform similar to [login to view URL], fully functional and user-friendly.
The platform will serve three distinct user groups—customers looking for space, vetted moving/storage companies offering it, and an admin team that keeps everything running smoothly—so clear role separation and permissions are essential.

Core scope
• Customer side: easy quote request, account area to track enquiries, reviews and basic messaging with providers.
• Company side: profile management, tiered subscription or pay-per-lead controls (we can refine the monetisation logic together), inbox for incoming requests, calendar of accepted jobs, and performance analytics.
• Admin side: full CRUD control over users, listings, reviews and transactions, plus basic CMS functions for landing pages.
• Shared: secure authentication, responsive UI, GDPR-friendly data handling, and a scalable database schema ready for growth into other moving-related services later on.

I’m open on tech stack as long as it’s modern, well-documented and easy to maintain; you’re welcome to suggest React, Vue, Laravel, Django, Node or whatever best fits your approach—just justify the choice in your proposal.
