"We are overhauling our in-house logistics platform and now need a purpose-built route-planning module that our Drivers and Administrators can access directly from the website. The goal is to generate multiple daily routes for trucks, vans and bikes, then assign each run to the right driver while automatically selecting the shortest or fastest option, depending on live conditions.

Key workflow
• An administrator uploads or imports the day’s delivery / pick-up points.
• The system proposes optimal routes (shortest or fastest) and allows quick edits before finalising.
• Confirmed routes are pushed to each driver’s dashboard or mobile view.
• Drivers start, pause and complete stops so administrators can monitor progress in real time.
• A shareable tracking link lets customers see where their vehicle is without needing to log in.

Essential deliverables
1. Web-based route builder with multi-vehicle support (trucks, vans, bikes).
2. Driver and admin login layers with role-specific permissions.
3. Real-time map view showing current vehicle locations and ETAs.
4. Simple API or webhook so the rest of our site can feed jobs in and pull status out.
5. Deployment guide and clean source code ready for our dev team to maintain.
