Project description:
"I run [login to view URL] on the Question2Answer (Q2A) platform and want the site to look and feel like the non-Q2A theme I already own. Rather than starting from scratch, I need that external theme converted so it installs cleanly as a Q2A theme while keeping the Yosemite-style layout, colour palette, typography, and widget areas I enjoy.
Scope
• Re-code the theme into Q2A’s PHP/TPL structure, respecting its hook system and theme layer requirements.
• Replicate the page layout (full-width hero, masonry listing, fixed sidebar, etc.), the original colour/font set, and the widget zones for ads, social sharing, and related posts.
• Make it responsive and test on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, plus mobile.
• Package the finished theme with any supporting CSS/JS assets and a simple install guide I can drop into qa-theme/ and select from the admin panel.
Acceptance
The theme must load with no PHP notices, render all default Q2A pages (questions, categories, user profiles, ask page) without broken elements, and match the visual reference I’ll supply (screenshots + original HTML). If you need minor tweaks to core templates, document them clearly.
Tech stack in play: PHP, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, minimal JS, and of course the core Q2A framework. If you’ve ported WordPress or static themes into Q2A before, you’ll know exactly what’s involved." (client-provided description)
