"I currently manage a Kalyan Matka application whose web admin panel is built with PHP and MySQL. I want to move completely to a modern React-based panel while keeping the same database structure. The new interface should feel lightning-fast and clean, and I would like an integrated analytics dashboard so I can see real-time game statistics at a glance.

Alongside the web work, the Android client needs a quick visual polish. Please adjust the colour scheme, update button and icon styling, and improve the overall layout and navigation flow so the mobile experience matches the fresh look of the new React panel.

Deliverables
• A React admin panel fully connected to the existing MySQL data, feature-parity with the current PHP version, plus the new analytics dashboard.
• Updated Android app (source + APK) reflecting the agreed design tweaks.
