"Summary

I need an experienced React Native (Expo) developer to enhance my mobile app’s existing floor planner. The 2D mode is already functional. The next steps are:
1. Add a realistic 3D mode similar to Planner 5D / 5D Planner apps.
2. Unify the UI with dark mode.
3. Ensure seamless switching between 2D editing and 3D visualization.

The end goal: users can draw custom rooms in 2D, switch to 3D, orbit/pan/zoom inside a realistic environment, place furniture, and later expand into AR.

Scope of Work:
1. Core 3D Mode (critical)
- Convert existing JSON floor plan data (rooms, walls, doors, windows) into a 3D environment.
- Walls extruded to proper height with cut-outs for doors/windows.
- Auto-generate floors and ceilings.
- Add realistic lighting and shadows.
- Smooth camera controls: orbit, pan, zoom.
- Load/place furniture models (GLB/glTF).

2. 2D / 3D Integration
- Keep the existing 2D editor intact.
- Both modes share the same JSON schema.
- Add toggle button to switch between 2D ↔ 3D.

3. UI / Theme
- Convert planner interface to dark mode only.
- Keep layout/structure intact; adjust colors and theme only.

Requirements:
- Proven React Native + Expo experience.
- Hands-on with 3D on mobile (Babylon React Native or [login to view URL] + expo-gl).
- Skilled at performance optimization (culling, lazy-loading, shader tuning).
- Comfortable handling GLB/glTF assets
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code
- Good communication — clear updates & milestone progress.

Nice to Have (future phases)
- AR features (scan real room + place virtual furniture).
- Support for home exteriors (roofs, outdoor layouts).
- Marketplace integration: import purchasable furniture items into planner.
