"I need someone to build agents and automations to streamline processes for my engineering and construction company.

Key tasks include:
- Summarizing email inbox for information and details
- Reviewing and summarizing daily site diaries, providing management with concise summaries
- Setting up reminders and alerts for timely month-end claims submission
- Creating checklists and reminders to ensure critical tasks are managed and deadlines are met
- Developing various other automations to assist the business

Our company operates on the Microsoft O365 suite and Business Central for our ERP. We also use several other software platforms that may require integration into the automation process, including Assignar, Paycat, Hilti, and GPS vehicle monitoring.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and Business Central
- Experience with automation tools and agents
- Experience with Power Platform or other tools as required
- Familiarity with construction management software, particularly Assignar, Paycat, and Hilti
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
