"I’m running an Angular web app that already consumes a REST API to surface water and energy analytics, but the user interface needs a facelift. My priority is to make the data easier to read and the overall experience smoother without touching the back-end.

Here’s what I need:

• Dashboard layout
A cleaner, responsive layout that highlights key water and energy metrics side-by-side. Widgets should resize gracefully and look good on common laptop and tablet breakpoints.

• Navigation menu
A streamlined, collapsible menu with clear iconography so users can jump between analytics sections effortlessly.

• Data visualization – charts & graphs
Replace the current static tables with engaging line, bar or donut charts (your call on the best mix) built with a modern Angular-friendly library such as [login to view URL], ngx-charts or ECharts. Colours should help users instantly distinguish water vs. energy data and remain accessible.

All API endpoints, mock data and the existing codebase are ready for you in a Git repository; I’ll grant access once we start. Keep the work fully in Angular (v14) and TypeScript, and avoid changes to the REST layer.

Deliverables will be merged via a pull request:
1. Updated components and styles for the dashboard, menu and charts
2. Any new modules, services or assets required to run the UI improvements
3. Brief README outlining setup and library versions used
